HOW I GOT STARTED

After a stressful day being an Attorney-at-Law with a busy practice I was looking for a way to relax my mind and started making jewelry and handbags as a hobby. From young I have been very creative.

Since I live in the Caribbean for years now while traveling abroad anything that gets my attention, I can make and give it a personal twist of my own.

So being asked by friends and family so often to also make pieces for them or sell my creations, the Corona pandemic encouraged me to explore some more during all that home alone time.

Numerous proposals to start my own website and reach a wider circle for my jewelry, bags and home décor pieces, a lifetime friend offered me to set up this website JEWELS BY ELLEN with different lines such as JEWELLEN and UCKY.

You will notice that my collection varies from necklaces, bracelets, earrings to handbags, pillows and recently chandeliers. Thus far all hand-made by Moi !

My passion to create more ‘feel-good’ pieces for you to enjoy will not stop here.
